Galaxy Digital Inc. is seeking a Director, Product Manager for the Institutional Platform to lead end-to-end experiences for enterprise clients integrating with custody and trading services.

You will work with client tech and operations teams and Galaxy engineering, trading, and client service to streamline integrations and scale support resources. You will translate client requirements into clear technical specs, develop documentation, and guide internal tools to reduce onboarding time.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or related technical role.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise clients through complex integrations.
• Familiarity with custody and staking workflows in digital assets.

Aufgaben

• Own product experience for enterprise clients using Galaxy's platform.
• Translate client requirements into clear specs and documentation.
• Collaborate with client engineering and operations to troubleshoot integrations.
• Ensure APIs, workflows, and tooling meet client needs.
• Identify friction points and drive roadmap for internal tools.
• Improve client-facing documentation and runbooks.
• Define onboarding metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Represent client voice in prioritization decisions.
