Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operating model leadership, enterprise transformation, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive and board-level stakeholders across senior leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights.
• Deep understanding of operating model design, governance, and organizational effectiveness in data/analytics or tech environments.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and aligning the enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI strategy with priorities across the organization.
• Lead design, maturity, and continuous improvement of the Data & Analytics Operating Model.
• Manage strategic planning cadences, prioritization, and executive reporting for EDA.
• Develop executive narratives and communications for leadership forums and boards.
• Connect Data & Analytics with enterprise strategy and technology priorities across functions.
