Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network seeks a Director Enterprise Data to lead strategy, governance, and utilization of enterprise data across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership, IT, data teams, and business units to drive reliable data insights, governance, and compliance.

The role focuses on implementing data architecture, governing data across GDPR/CCPA, and delivering analytics-driven decisions to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or BI roles with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data management, and analytics frameworks
• Experience with modern data architectures such as cloud, data lakes, and data warehouses
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Hadoop, AWS, and Azure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration and translating data concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data privacy, security regulations, and compliance
• Proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams
• Employees must provide own reliable internet if remote/hybrid position
• Ability to work flexible/extended hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals
• Ensure data governance policies ensure accuracy, privacy, and security across the enterprise
• Lead creation and execution of data management processes, standards, and procedures
• Oversee data privacy and compliance initiatives per GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Lead design and implementation of data architecture and infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT/engineering to ensure scalable data systems like data lakes and warehouses
• Ensure secure, accessible data storage enabling integration and retrieval
• Drive development and execution of data analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders to identify KPIs and align analytics with performance
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Mentor data engineers, analysts, and scientists
• Foster cross-unit collaboration to meet data needs
• Work with product, marketing, finance, and ops on data initiatives
