Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to guide the EDO's architecture strategy, govern large transformation programs, and align technology decisions with business goals, risk controls, and enterprise standards.

In a hybrid U.S. office role, you will partner with senior executives to define the enterprise vision, establish architectural direction for key initiatives, and ensure documentation is complete and accessible.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align technology & architectural decisions with investment prioritization.
• Deep expertise in data architecture and cloud platforms across multiple environments.
• 12+ years of enterprise architecture experience with a track record of delivering business value through technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture vision and strategy.
• Guide delivery of architecture guidance to project teams and establish direction for major initiatives.
• Develop architectural principles and manage large-scale transformation programs.
• Ensure architecture standards, rationales, and decisions are documented and communicated effectively.
• Identify gaps in architectural assets and improve frameworks, roadmaps, and design patterns.
