Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy to define the firm’s data vision and translate it into strategy, profitability, and client value. You will partner with executive leadership to modernize the analytics foundation onto Microsoft Fabric and build a scalable data organization.

The role requires proven senior leadership in data strategy, extensive experience with Microsoft Fabric, and the ability to influence C-suite decisions while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 18+ years in enterprise data and analytics leadership with enterprise-scale strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP or above) influencing C-suite on data investment.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy end-to-end with C-suite alignment.
• Lead modernization of legacy platforms to a Fabric-based Lakehouse architecture.
• Shape Azure and Microsoft ecosystem strategy balancing performance and cost.
• Establish firm-wide KPIs and an executive analytics experience.
• Set data governance, security, and SOX/GDPR compliance standards.
• Consolidate data into a single trusted platform for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data organization and leadership.
