Job summary

GreatAmerica is seeking a Director, Data, Analytics and Insights to lead the enterprise analytics strategy, develop data products, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will partner with Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance to deliver high-impact insights and scalable analytics capabilities.

The role emphasizes building executive dashboards, customer insights, and governance, while leading a team of BI analysts and data professionals to enable growth and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a quantitative or business field.
• Experience building and leading analytics programs at scale.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise data analytics strategy.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership.
• Lead customer insights, segmentation, and lifetime value modeling.
• Deliver data products and ensure data governance across the enterprise.
