Job summary

You will manage an integrated Culture function, guiding leadership behaviors, talent deployment, and performance measures to deliver measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in culture transformation or related fields.
• Experience advising executive teams and leading enterprise-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve AbbVie's enterprise culture strategy as a core enabler of business outcomes.
• Serve as executive steward of culture, ensuring clear, measurable priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed culture into operating models and talent decisions.
• Translate culture priorities into actionable initiatives across functions and geographies.
• Lead a cross-functional culture function including employee listening and research.
