Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Director, Organizational Research to lead an enterprise consulting practice, shaping vision, strategy, and execution for organizational capability. You will manage a team of senior consultants and partner with L2–L4 leaders to deliver multi-stage engagements across the enterprise.

You will leverage diverse data sources, research, and business knowledge to create high-impact outcomes, and represent AbbVie externally in benchmarking and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 12 years+ related background/experience, including management consulting or leading consultative work.
• Published research and academic partnerships.
• Employee surveys and people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Leads organizational research to drive effectiveness aligned with strategic roadmap.
• Sets vision, strategy, and execution plan for delivering the capability.
• Analyzes internal and external data to identify insights and trends.
• Represents AbbVie externally in consortium groups and conferences.
• Consults with executive HR leaders for business development and culture improvement.
• Manages a team of consultants and cross-practice collaboration.
• Owns client relationships with L2-L4 leaders and contracts.
