Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Director of Organizational Research in North Chicago, IL to lead an enterprise consulting practice and deliver strategic, data-driven insights to executive leaders across the enterprise. You will manage a team of Associate Directors and Managers, shape the capability's strategy, and drive culture, engagement, and performance initiatives through multi-year engagements.

The role requires deep leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field as listed (Statistics, Engineering, OR/IO Psychology, Economics).
• 12+ years of management consulting or related leadership experience.
• Experience with employee surveys, people analytics, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise capability area for Organizational Research to drive organizational effectiveness aligned with strategic roadmap.
• Sets vision, strategy, and execution plan for delivering the capability and increasing value.
• Analyzes internal and external data to identify insights for strategy and execution.
• Represents AbbVie externally in consortia, conferences, and academic partnerships.
