Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Director, Enterprise Initiatives & Enablement to lead change management across employee-impacting initiatives. You will connect enterprise priorities with planning, training, and adoption efforts, working with People Operations, technology, and executive leadership to drive successful outcomes.

You will design governance structures, surface dependencies and risks, and translate complex policy changes into clear messages for employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise portfolio management and technology change initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical changes into clear messages for executives and staff.
• Experience building governance for intake, prioritization, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own a coherent view of major employee-impacting initiatives with priorities, owners, and risks.
• Design and apply AI to improve decision-making and efficiency with governance.
• Lead change plans covering communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate with internal comms and People Operations on timely information and processes.
