Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Director, Enterprise Transformation Enablement to lead enterprise change management, organizational design, and work redesign across the company. You will architect playbooks, standards, and tools in partnership with HR and business leaders to shift from episodic to continuous transformation.

You will oversee a Center of Excellence, guide a team of Transformation & Enterprise Change professionals, and drive adoption metrics while ensuring alignment with Exelon’s One Exelon

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years in change management, organizational design, transformation, or OD in a large, matrixed org.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience designing enterprise change management and org design strategies.
• Experience redesigning work including AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Ability to build enterprise standards, playbooks, and tools.
• Strong data analytics to measure adoption, benefits, and ROI.
• Collaborative, strategic, and influential across HR and operating companies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and influence enterprise transformation agenda; set change strategy and standards.
• Lead enterprise change management strategy, governance, and roadmaps across the portfolio.
• Develop playbooks and toolkits for HR and business leaders; ensure measurable adoption.
• Establish org design standards; advise senior leaders on design choices to improve agility.
• Lead work redesign for AI and future of work; balance human and machine work.
• Build capability across the enterprise with training, certifications, and communities of practice.
• Measure adoption, benefits realization, and ROI; provide data-driven insights.
