Job summary

Exelon seeks a Director, Enterprise Transformation Enablement to shape change management, org design, and work redesign across the corporation. You will drive standards, playbooks, and tools for HR and leaders while building scalable capabilities enterprise‑wide.

You will oversee a Center of Excellence and partner with HR, the business, and other functions to deliver sustainable transformation and a more agile organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in change management, org design or transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in structured change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and org design principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise change strategy and governance for transformation.
• Develop enterprise organizational design standards and governance models.
• Lead work redesign for AI, automation, and future of work.
• Build scalable change and org design capability across the enterprise.
• Measure adoption, ROI, and continuous improvement; report to executives.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing Transformation Enablement team.
