Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Director, Enterprise Transformation Enablement to lead enterprise change management strategy, governance, and organizational design standards across the Transformation portfolio. The role shapes playbooks, tools, and methodologies to drive sustained change and AI/work redesign at scale.

The position sits in the Talent COE Leadership Team, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver One Exelon solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational design/effectiveness, transformation, or organizational development in a large, matrixed organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and organizational design principles (operating model, structure, spans and layers, decision rights).
• Experience redesigning work, roles, and processes—including AI, automation, or digital transformation—to improve productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Understand and influence enterprise transformation agenda and set change strategy and standards across the portfolio.
• Develop and own enterprise organizational design standards and processes.
• Lead work redesign for AI and the future of work across the enterprise.
• Build change and org design capability across the enterprise.
• Measure adoption, governance, and continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Transformation Enablement team.
