Pfizer is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architect to lead the technical architecture for U.S. Patient Support Services. You will shape the data model, set design principles, and align with enterprise teams to reduce technical debt while guiding delivery teams on designs and estimates.

You will own integration patterns with Salesforce, data platforms, and 3rd party systems, ensure compliance and governance, and partner with security and legal to embed compliant design across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in Enterprise architecture or related field.
• Progressive experience in Enterprise architecture with focus on patient services Life Sciences domain.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, cloud ecosystems, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and AI.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical architecture, data model and enterprise alignment for patient services processes.
• Define patterns for integration with Salesforce, data platforms, Hub solutions and 3rd party integrations.
• Ensure architectures meet SOX, GxP, privacy, and security requirements.
