Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, with extensive leadership experience.
• Proven ability to present complex technical solutions to ELT/ELT-1 audiences.
• Experience influencing and coaching peers to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a forward-deployed pod of engineers and product owners for ELT initiatives.
• Drive delivery of critical technical initiatives and establish engineering practices.
• Develop technical leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Bridge engineering and business to shape tech-driven strategy.
• Design AI-augmented workflows and evaluate new AI tools.
• Establish SLOs/SLIs and drive reliability culture.
• Define documentation standards and knowledge management.
• Communicate complex solutions to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and participate in guilds and mentorship programs.
