Ladders is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture for a remote leadership role in the Healthcare space. You will shape architecture strategy, guide architects, and partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and long-term roadmaps.

You will lead governance, develop staff, and ensure IT architectures align with business goals, delivering strategic plans for technology initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects.
• 10+ years in design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
In this remote leadership role, you will shape the architecture strategy that supports business goals and improves how systems, teams, and technology work together. You will guide enterprise architects in applying standards and governance practices across major IT initiatives. This position requires close partnership with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and long-term architectural roadmaps.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $172,200 - $236,900 annually
