Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Architect II to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role shapes architecture strategy and execution across a complex environment, ensuring technology direction aligns with business priorities.

You will partner with strategy, architecture, and business stakeholders to define capabilities, manage risk, and guide investment decisions while developing roadmaps and transition plans for long-term outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in application, integration, data, technology, or security architecture.
• Experience in the payer-provider space; HL7 and FHIR interoperability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction for enterprise architecture aligned with strategy.
• Lead implementation of architecture strategies to meet business objectives.
• Guide architects in defining service capabilities and managing risk.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and requirements for EA success.
• Direct teams in baselines, targets, and transition plans for architecture.
• Build and maintain an architecture portfolio aligning IT investments with business goals.

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Architect II to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape enterprise architecture strategy and execution across a complex healthcare environment, ensuring technology direction is aligned to business priorities. You will partner closely with strategy, architecture, and business stakeholders to define capabilities, manage risk, and guide investment decisions. The position also supports the development of architecture roadmaps, baselines, and transition plans that strengthen long-term organizational outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance for enterprise architecture aligned with corporate strategies
• Lead implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and best practices to meet business objectives
• Guide enterprise architects in defining technical service capabilities and managing risks
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and address requirements for enterprise architecture success
• Direct teams in developing baselines, targets, and transition plans for architecture
• Build and maintain an architecture portfolio that aligns business strategies with IT investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in application, integration, data, technology, or security architecture
• Experience in the payer-provider space
• Strong skills in interoperability with HL7 and FHIR
• Expertise in APIs, data streaming, and database technologies such as GraphQL and graph databases
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
