Job summary

Direct Relief International is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications, Data & AI to lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise systems, data platforms, and AI-enabled business solutions. You will partner with the VP IT to drive digital transformation, governance, and modern software initiatives across the organization, guiding teams across Salesforce, SAP, Databricks, and cloud analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, or related field.
10+ years IT leadership experience.
5+ years leading enterprise application implementations.
Experience managing Salesforce or SAP delivery teams.
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence.
Experience overseeing custom software development and integrations.
Strong project and portfolio management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise applications implementation, enhancement, and support.
Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation.
Establish governance, roadmap, and portfolio management practices.
Manage relationships with partners, consultants, and software vendors.
Ensure successful integration of enterprise platforms across the tech ecosystem.
Identify high-value AI use cases across functions and lead AI-enabled initiatives.
Develop and execute the data and analytics strategy and BI initiatives.
Oversee data platform architecture, data warehousing, lakes, and cloud analytics.
