Job summary

Perform Properties is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications to drive portfolio growth through lean, AI-enabled leasing, tenant engagement and accounting platforms. You will own governance, roadmaps and continuous improvement across Salesforce, VTS, MRI, Yardi, Cove, and more, ensuring teams get what they need daily.

This on-site role reports to the CTO and requires 5 days in the office. You will lead strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion AI-powered capabilities while

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading Enterprise Application (CRM, ERP) management, implementation and/or operations teams.
• 3–5 years managing agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• 1–3 years managing people (direct reports).
• Experience with CRE Leasing platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, VTS Leasing, Yardi Deal Manager or equivalent).
• Experience with Property Accounting platforms (MRI, Yardi or equivalent).
• Experience launching and operating Tenant Engagement platforms (Cove, VTS Rise, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of AI-enabled automation and MCP interactions with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap across Leasing, Finance, and Tenant Engagement platforms.
• Reduce Coordination Tax and Time-to-Productivity with lean processes.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and agentic capabilities across Enterprise Applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to invest in platforms cost-effectively.
• Model AI as a capability extension beyond gimmicks.
• Grow technologists in the Enterprise Applications space under your leadership.
