Decisive Point is seeking a Director, Enterprise Data to lead the internal data infrastructure, executive analytics, and AI capabilities. This pivotal role involves architecting data platforms, setting AI strategies, and mentoring engineering teams in El Segundo, CA.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software or data engineering with a focus on AI/ML, and a strong record of technical leadership. Moreover, they will need to navigate ITAR/EAR compliance in their technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or data engineering experience, including hands-on AI/ML work.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape.
• Data platform architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for the data platform and AI tooling.
• Evaluate and select AI platforms meeting security requirements.
• Mentor engineers and ensure technical direction.
