Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Intelligence to lead the transformation of enterprise data into a trusted strategic asset. You will define the multi-year roadmap, manage investments, and partner across business functions to enable data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and future AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering or related discipline in life sciences/pharma.
• Proven success developing enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and operating models aligned with business objectives.
• Experience leading enterprise data platform implementations using modern cloud technologies and scalable data architectures.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities through internal teams, MSPs, and strategic partners.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Establish and evolve an enterprise operating model balancing centralized platforms with business-owned analytics.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where trusted data improves decision-making and outcomes.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of the enterprise data platform for reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
• Establish governance and data quality practices enabling agility while protecting data assets.
• Build the ED&I function via MSP-first model, transitioning to internal capabilities over time.
• Collaborate with AI Strategy & Engineering to ensure data supports AI initiatives and automation.
• Maintain executive oversight of ED&I portfolio including budgets, investments, and enterprise architecture.
