Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Senior Director of AI Architecture and Platform Engineering to define, build, and scale our enterprise AI architecture and platform capabilities. You will own the technical foundation for AI solutions, agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows, ensuring reusable, governed, and production-ready enterprise capabilities rather than pilots.

The role drives MLOps, observability, security, and CI/CD practices, partnering with AI governance, cybersecurity, and data leaders

Qualifications

15+ years of technical leadership across software, cloud, data, and AI platforms.
Proven ability to define reference architectures and platform guardrails.
Experience delivering enterprise AI at scale with production-grade systems.
Hands-on leadership in GenAI, agentic AI, and AI copilots.
Strong collaboration with governance, security, and data teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own enterprise AI reference architecture across GenAI, orchestration, and AI-enabled enterprise apps.
Build and scale enterprise AI platform engineering capabilities with reusable services and APIs.
Lead delivery of production AI solutions including GenAI applications and intelligent workflows.
Establish standards, guardrails, and reusable accelerators for secure, scalable AI delivery.
MLOps, LLMOps, observability, lifecycle management, and DevSecOps practices for AI systems.
Guide use of Azure, Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Kubernetes, and enterprise integration patterns.
Provide senior technical leadership to transformation programs and partnering teams to ensure reuse and production readiness.
Influence executives on emerging tech and trade-offs across scale, cost, and value.
