Qualifications: requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 8+ years in AI/ML or software engineering, with at least 4 years in deploying production-grade agentic AI systems and LLM applications. Expertise in agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI SDK), RAG techniques, Python, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face) is essential. Preferred experience includes biopharma or healthcare industry knowledge, familiarity with regulated environments, and AI governance standards. The position is hybrid with three days onsite in San Diego, South San Francisco, or Princeton, NJ, and may involve international travel.
