Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years hands-on engineering in complex systems and platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams on complex projects.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum or similar rapid development methodologies.
• Proficient in communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering enablement, implementation, and optimization of enterprise AI SaaS platforms.
• Oversee platform administration: workspace/projects, user provisioning, RBAC, authentication, API credentials.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and infra teams to integrate AI platform capabilities.
• Establish platform controls: monitoring, observability, cost governance, incident management.
• Drive onboarding and enablement for internal teams, including API access and environment setup.
• Partner with governance stakeholders to implement identity, data protection, and responsible AI standards.
• Lead enhancements, release coordination, testing, and production readiness of capabilities.
• Track platform milestones, dependencies, and risks with program teams.
• Evaluate new AI models and tooling for automation and developer experience.
• Provide technical leadership and foster an inclusive team environment.
