You will build and guide high‑performing teams delivering autonomous AI capabilities with strong emphasis on security, reliability, and governance.

You will partner with product, design, and business to shape the roadmap and invest in platform direction, ensuring enterprise‑readiness and cross‑team collaboration across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years building distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Strong background in agentic AI, LLM workflows, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction for agentic AI initiatives across products and platforms.
• Own and evolve shared agentic AI capabilities including planning, tool use, memory, RAG pipelines, and LLM infrastructure.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers to raise the bar for production AI systems.
