Job summary

Oceans Healthcare in Plano, TX seeks a strategic leader to direct enterprise AI & Innovation, translating advanced AI capabilities into practical, patient-centered solutions across the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director will build an AI roadmap, establish an AI Center of Excellence, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and partner across finance, operations, IT, and clinical leadership to improve care quality, efficiency, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive IT/analytics leadership.
• 5+ years leading large-scale AI initiatives.
• Experience implementing enterprise software in regulated industries.
• Ability to influence executives and manage change.
• Proficient in Microsoft ecosystem and cloud AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI strategy aligned to strategic priorities.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Create multi-year AI adoption roadmap across hospitals and services.
• Establish governance, policy, and risk management for AI use.
• Lead cross-functional teams and report progress to executives.
• Build and lead AI Center of Excellence.
