Job summary

iFIT is seeking a Director, Enterprise AI Enablement to lead the company’s shift to AI-powered operations across functions, co-chairing the AI Governance Committee and setting guardrails for responsible, scalable AI.

You will build and coach a community of business AI leaders, partner with IT to deliver automation, and continuously measure impact to guide investments and improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior or lead capacity delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience building AI governance, tooling standards and KPIs.
• Proven track record coaching teams to adopt AI-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, governance and standards for AI tooling across the enterprise.
• Activate AI across functions by building communities and training programs.
• Lead hands-on parity, delivering tools and templates alongside teams.
• Measure impact with metrics and governance to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate cross-functional processes.
