Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams or portfolios.
• Relevant cloud platform, architecture, or technology leadership certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development teams across value streams.
• Set technical direction, architectural standards, and engineering practices for secure, scalable solutions.
• Translate business outcomes into roadmaps and engineering delivery strategy with stakeholders.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery, balancing innovation and reliability.
• Improve delivery flow across IT to reduce bottlenecks and increase throughput.
• Oversee multiple product and platform workstreams balancing quality, risk, and delivery.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for platform health and debt management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Master's degree in Technology, business, or management-related discipline
