Job summary

Lennox is seeking a technically strong, commercially minded Technical Product Manager to shape, launch, and support HVAC products. The role bridges product management, engineering, sales, marketing, training, and customer support for commercial HVAC lines, including rooftop units and unit heaters.

Responsibilities include translating market needs into product requirements, driving launch readiness, and creating enablement content for internal teams and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical HVAC experience preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or related HVAC roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define product needs and priorities across rooftop units, split systems, and unit heaters.
• Translate market and customer feedback into clear product requirements and launch plans.
• Develop launch materials, technical selling tools, and training content.
• Lead readiness activities with Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams.
