Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr. Manager, IBP, Finance Tech, to lead finance technology solutions enabling Integrated Business Planning. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and business leaders to design and deliver scalable IBP capabilities across the org.

In this role, you will shape data, systems, and analytics to drive performance, transparency, and agility, while managing a team and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance or finance-technology experience.
• Experience with IBP, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of IBP finance technology solutions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and IT to align IBP tools with business strategy.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment for IBP finance apps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions for forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, and compliance across IBP systems.
• Lead and develop a team of finance technology professionals.
• Manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships to meet scope and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify and automate IBP processes.
