Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, IS, engineering, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, and optimization of finance technology solutions for IBP.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to align IBP tools with strategy and governance.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment of IBP finance apps.
• Translate requirements into scalable tech to improve forecasting and performance.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, and compliance across IBP systems.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance tech team.
