Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Ability to influence key product lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Define and execute a multi-year data product vision and roadmap for Employee Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads the product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development with new products and methodologies.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and product delivery.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
