Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Director for Employee Platforms to lead customer-focused product development and strategic planning. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, mentor teams, and push innovation to align with business goals across the enterprise.

You will shape data products, governance, and analytics capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance employee workflows and decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Influence adoption of product lifecycle activities: discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Define and execute a multi-year data product vision and roadmap for Employee Platforms.
• Analyze stakeholder workflows end-to-end to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and data-driven decision making.
• Convert workflow requirements into data domains, entities, events, and metric definitions; drive consistency across teams.
• Lead delivery of curated datasets, governed metrics layers, and analytics products embedded into workflow experiences.
• Establish and operate robust data product governance across a multi-domain enterprise.
• Build and run the data product lifecycle aligned to firm expectations.
• Lead AI enablement for the product portfolio with high-value use cases and clear KPIs.
• Ensure communications about metrics, reporting, and analytics are accurate and audience-appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting and innovating.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices such as market research, prototyping, and product delivery.
