The role emphasizes governance, AI enablement, and a multi-year roadmap, with emphasis on market awareness and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Influence key product lifecycle activities from discovery to value delivery.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Define and execute a multi-year data product vision for Employee Platforms.
• Analyze stakeholder workflows end-to-end to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate workflow requirements into data domains, events, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development, adapting and evolving methodologies.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices such as discovery, market research, prototyping, and product delivery.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
