Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using employee insight, human-centered design and systems thinking to shape and activate employee experience solutions.
• Ability to educate and inspire collective action across the enterprise at all levels.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility in a matrixed organization across functions.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with key stakeholders to understand critical employee interactions and journeys and designs cross-functional solutions.
• Designs and advances employee experience strategies and activation of insights.
• Provides human-centered design and journey mapping to activate EX data insights.
• Partners with People Function COEs, BHR and HR Solutions to influence priorities.
• Develops deep understanding of employee needs and data to shape People Function solutions.
• Leads cross-enterprise teams to build alignment and drive end-to-end design and implementation.
• Uses data to identify priorities, inform decisions, and deploy repeatable frameworks across the enterprise.
• Builds integrated employee experiences across moments, processes, tools and people practices.
