Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services or insurance operations experience.
• Experience in client service, case management, or practice operations preferred.
• Licensing in Life & Health preferred or ability to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients on insurance-related questions and policy servicing.
• Oversee insurance operations from application through policy delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and reporting.
• Collaborate with advisors, underwriting teams, and home office.
