Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, change management, or related discipline preferred.
• ExperienceLeading large, complex initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people initiatives from strategy through implementation, including HR technology deployments, organizational redesigns, new ways of working, and policy or process changes.
• Provide end-to-end program and project leadership with clear charters, workplans, timelines, budgets and governance models.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, IT, Finance, Communications, and business teams, managing dependencies and risks.
• Develop and execute change-management and adoption strategies using structured methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter).
• Partner with Internal Communications and senior sponsors to build change narratives and leadership messaging.
