Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director, AI Enablement and Business Process Architecture, to shape HR AI strategy and enterprise workflows. The role leads a global team of workflow designers and AI specialists, partnering across HR, Product, Technology, and Risk to deliver scalable, compliant experiences.

The position combines strategic vision, solution design, and operational excellence, with responsibility for end-to-end HR platforms and the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital transformation, automation, business architecture, or workflow design.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives in a large, global organization.
• Experience with AI governance, risk management, and privacy considerations.
• Understanding HR operating models, Hire-to-Retire journeys, and HR services.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and manage roadmaps and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise HR AI enablement and automation strategy.
• Define orchestration patterns across HR platforms and lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through implementation and value realization.
• Partner with Product and Technology leaders to ensure feasible, scalable designs.
• Establish governance for responsible AI and risk controls.
• Communicate progress and value to senior stakeholders.
