L’Oréal’s Franklin manufacturing plant seeks a Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security to lead EHS&S strategy and governance for 24/7 operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive risk management for hazardous materials, environmental initiatives and site security across 580 personnel and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing settings.
• CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with flammable products and environmental transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental requirements and corporate assurance processes.

Aufgaben

• Establish site EHS&S strategy, priorities and roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Lead validation, governance and culture across shifts and contractor workforce.
• Identify, assess and mitigate EHS risks across production, maintenance and logistics.
• Oversee incident investigations, corrective actions and management reviews.
• Lead environmental and water-loop transformation projects with Engineering and Operations integration.
• Embed EHS&S requirements in projects and handovers, track benefits and performance.
