StrideCare in Addison, TX seeks a Director of EHR to own athenahealth, ensuring stability, security, and scalability across multi-site clinics. • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in a director-level EHR leadership role; 8+ years of total healthcare IT experience.
• Experience in physician practice management or MSO environment, ideally multi-site/multi-specialty.
• Experience leading EHR implementations, migrations, or conversions.
• Experience with vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or podiatry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own athenahealth and related modules; ensure stability, security, and scalability.
• Oversee system administration, configurations, and release management; manage vendor upgrades.
• Manage athenahealth vendor relationship, escalations, contracts, and account management.
• Develop governance for system changes and prioritization; lead acquisition playbooks.
• Lead EHR strategy for acquired practices including data migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Design templates, order sets, and workflows for vascular surgery and podiatry.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across all clinics.
• Maintain HIPAA/CMS/compliance posture and collaborate on security controls.
• Provide EHR training curriculum and monitor adoption; report KPIs to leadership.
