Job summary

StrideCare seeks an IT Integration Program Manager to lead technology integration for newly acquired clinics, ensuring smooth transitions into our enterprise platforms while minimizing disruption to patient care.

You will drive multi-workstream projects, coordinate between IT, clinical operations, and vendors, and oversee data migration, EHR integration, and infrastructure consolidation. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in IT/Business/Healthcare.
• 5+ years IT project management, multi-workstream.
• Strong IT infrastructure, networking, security, M365, Active Directory.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to acquired clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration program management for acquired clinics.
• Oversee EHR & clinical app integrations and data migrations.
• Manage IT infrastructure integration: network, security, identity, and devices.
• Lead broader IT projects and ensure disciplined PM practices across initiatives.
• Provide governance, status reporting, and playbooks for integration activities.
