Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Director of Clinical Systems Engineering to lead structured requirements, translate clinical needs into specifications, and drive interfaces, data exchange, and analytics across the enterprise. You will own migrations, validation protocols, and governance

The role requires strong SQL, EHR, and healthcare data expertise, with leadership responsibilities for two analysts and collaboration with executives and vendors.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of EHR systems and practice management architecture.
• Extensive requirements elicitation and documentation experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation across clinical, pharmacy, front office, revenue cycle, quality, and compliance.
• Translate needs into functional specifications for build, test, and audit.
• Oversee interfaces, data exchange, and reporting across the application portfolio.
• Manage migrations, validation, and go-live activities.
• Supervise a small team of Clinical Applications Analysts.
