Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Head of Educational Technology Learning Spaces to lead Classroom Hotline, Learning Space Design, and Carolina Print Hub. You will oversee staff, budget, and vendor coordination to deliver reliable AV and classroom tech services across 200+ spaces.

You will drive strategic planning, ensure high-quality user support, and collaborate with faculty and IT teams to enhance teaching and learning environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ experience.
• Combination of related education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for classroom hotline and learning space design.
• Coordinate AV renovations and ensure reliable classroom technologies.
• Manage budget, staff supervision, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and enforce operational standards for services across campus.
• Collaborate with university units to advance teaching and learning technology.
