Job summary

University of New Hampshire – Main Campus in Durham seeks a Client Services Technical Operations Coordinator to guide and support front-of-house teams with IT and AV operations. You will lead data-driven projects on classroom space utilization, analyze usage patterns, and drive process improvements in collaboration with Registrar’s Office.

You will coordinate monthly AV testing, software updates, and equipment firmware with engineering teams, while overseeing loan programs and ensuring SLA/SLO

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of IT/AV support experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of IT/AV support experience or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven projects on academic space utilization in collaboration with Registrar’s Office.
• Analyze classroom technology usage and scheduling data to guide resource allocation.
• Coordinate monthly endpoint testing and AV equipment updates with engineering teams.
• Oversee equipment loan processes across campuses and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support Tier 1 staff and frontline teams to improve service delivery.
