Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• 5+ years experience in Project and/or Process Management.
• 5+ years experience in Operations Management.
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management
• At least 2 years experience in People Management.

Responsibilities

• Secure Capital One's global payment ecosystem by transforming risk controls and enforcing standards.
• Build a multifaceted risk rating strategy for network participants and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Integrate risk ratings into a holistic program and align with GPN systems and processes.
• Lead intelligent brand protection through risk detection technologies and AI-augmented monitoring.
• Advise executives with risk data translated into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to solve network challenges and defend the ecosystem.
• Oversee data usage of structured and unstructured data to manage participant risk.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing Risk Specialists team and govern frameworks.
