Job summary

Verana Health in San Francisco seeks a Director, Ecosystem Partnerships to lead strategic partner initiatives across CROs, consulting firms, data aggregators, and technology platforms. You will shape the operating model, oversee onboarding and enablement, and drive multi-year ecosystem plans that fuel bookings and revenue.

This growth role partners with Product, Data and Operations, reports to the COO, and requires a track record building scalable partnerships, processes, and a bias for action

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in partnerships and ecosystem programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable operating models.
• Strong collaboration with product, data, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize partner landscape across CROs, consulting firms, data aggregators and technology platforms.
• Architect and scale partner programs, governance, and onboarding processes.
• Own portfolio of high-value partner relationships and renewals.
• Coordinate GTM and product strategies with cross-functional peers to drive revenue growth.
