Job summary

Verana Health seeks a seasoned leader to scale its ecosystem partnerships. You will co-create strategy with current leadership, expand coverage across therapeutic areas, and drive revenue through data and technology collaborations with CROs, consultancies, and data platforms.

You will design operating models, onboard partners, and manage a portfolio of high-value relationships while collaborating with Product, Data, and Operations teams to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Channel Strategy in HealthTech/Life Sciences.
• Senior/executive-facing experience in partnerships leadership.
• Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems with measurable bookings growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set ecosystem strategy and prioritize the partner landscape.
• Divide and expand coverage by region, therapeutic area, and partner type.
• Architect partner programs, onboarding playbooks, and governance for scalable collaboration.
• Define partner GTM strategies and drive data and technology partnerships to fuel revenue.
• Design repeatable operating models, processes, and training to support partner success.
• Recruit, manage, and renew high-value partner relationships to expand bookings.
