Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in consumer lending product management or program development, with significant exposure to direct lending.
• 4+ years of experience leading a diverse team including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing direct lending products across financial institutions, fintech, or credit unions.
• Demonstrated success growing origination volume and profitability through digital first product strategies with strong credit quality.
• Experience leading cross functional product initiatives involving underwriting, technology, operations, servicing, and marketing.
• Deep expertise in direct lending product design, pricing models, risk-based pricing, and program structuring with direct auto lending knowledge.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit risk frameworks, portfolio analytics, and impact on approval rates and loss performance.
• Proficiency with product analytics, competitive intelligence, A/B testing, and performance dashboards.
• Innovative and strategic thinker translating market opportunities into successful direct lending products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and leading through change.
• Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience); advanced degree preferred.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and fair lending across all direct lending products.
