Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years in a management role with experience in consumer lending.
• Must maintain and active NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer loan originations and manage lending processes.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines are applied consistently.
• Coach and develop the consumer loan team to achieve targets.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and CECL controls.
