Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, quality, and health of the software engineering organization for current and future products. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
Experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for product development and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and architecture across software products and client projects.
Establish engineering standards, governance, metrics, and operating practices for quality, reliability, and security.
Drive AI-enabled development, automation, and data-driven decision making while ensuring governance and discipline.
Build and develop engineering managers and teams through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Foster cross-functional partnerships across Product, Services, GIS, Sales, and Delivery to align priorities and outcomes.
